Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

With a sharp knife, carefully slice through entire peppers(s) and sausage inside the pepper to reheat well. Spread remaining sauce over pepper(s) and sausage. If desired, you can add more mozzarella cheese on top of pepper(s).

If already in oven safe container, cover with aluminum foil.
If leftovers in non oven safe container, move peppers to oven safe container, cover with foil.

Reheat leftovers in preheated oven for 12 minutes or until sauce starts to bubble.
